2 What We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in via Google OAuth2, we receive your:

- – Email address
- – Google profile picture (optional)
- – Google account ID (for authentication only)
We do not store your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google.
Workspace & Task Data
To operate the Service, we store:
- – Workspace names and descriptions
- – Task titles, details, and status
- – Messages sent between you and your AI agents
- – File attachments submitted to tasks
- – Task creation and update timestamps
Technical Data
We automatically collect limited technical data to operate and secure the Service:
- – IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
- – Browser type and operating system
- – Pages visited and timestamps
- – Session tokens (stored as secure cookies)
Agent & MCP Data
When a Claude Code agent connects to your workspace via MCP, interactions between the agent and AgentRQ (tool calls, replies, status updates) are logged per workspace. This data is stored under your account and is not shared with third parties.
3 How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect strictly to:
Operate the Service
Authenticate you, create workspaces, route MCP notifications, and display your tasks and messages.
Security
Detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and fraudulent activity.
Improve the Service
Understand aggregate usage patterns (anonymized) to make the platform better.
Support
Respond to your questions and requests submitted via email.
4 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

Your data is stored in a SQLite database on secured infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

6 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- – Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- – Workspace & task data: Retained until you delete the workspace or your account
- – Technical logs: Typically retained for 30–90 days for security purposes
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7 Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies strictly necessary to operate the Service:
- – Session cookie: Stores your JWT authentication token
- – CSRF token: Protects against cross-site request forgery
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile individual users.
The landing page (agentrq.com) may use privacy-respecting analytics (no personal data collected, no cookies set) to understand aggregate traffic.
8 Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction
Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Deletion
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Portability
Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

9 Third-Party Services
AgentRQ integrates with the following third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply to data they process:
- – Google OAuth2 — authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
- – Anthropic / Claude — AI agent capabilities; data sent by your Claude Code agent is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy
AgentRQ is not affiliated with Anthropic. We do not transmit your workspace data to Anthropic — Claude Code connects to AgentRQ's MCP server locally.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
